11th September - 12th September	Heritage Inspired Open Days St.Luke's Church open 12:00noon to 3:00pm
14th September	Holy Cross Day The Society of the Holy Cross (SSC) are at St.Luke's Church during the day for the Feast of the Holy Cross.
18th September	Parish Gift Day At St.Paul's Church, Brierley 10:00am to 2:00pm. Children's events and games; refreshments; stalls; Karaoke (between noon and 1:00pm) and a half hour concert of brass and strings. As you know St.Paul's does NOT have any toilet facilities which makes holding social events for the community of Brierley difficult. It is our hope that this day will kickstart a special fund to raise money for proper toilet facilities. To highlight this, Father Peter will be seated on a 'porcelain throne' to receive your kind donations.
